Popular and rare Costa Rican type note with bold black overprint on a colorful earlier Banco Internacional note, variety with El Vicepresidente stamped at left. Bright ink coloration, nice centering and strong embossing is readily apparent, some light toning seen around the edges, overall a choice example of this desirable type.
